Always First Homecare Companion Service is a licensed and insured mother-daughter, family-owned agency serving Seminole, Orange, and Osceola Counties since 2007. We provide dependable, compassionate companion and homemaker services that support the comfort, emotional well-being, and daily independence of seniors and individuals who prefer to remain at home.
Decisions about a loved one’s companion care often involve the entire family, and as a family-run service, we understand that personally. While we oversee every aspect of the agency, our trained staff of caregivers are the ones who provide the day-to-day support in clients’ homes. This allows us to maintain high-quality service while ensuring each client receives consistent, one-on-one attention.
Our agency was founded after our own family struggled to find reliable support for our mother and grandmother. That experience shaped our mission and our motto: “Our clients are always first.” We are dedicated to offering the same level of care and respect we wanted for our loved ones.

How can Always First help?
Our in-home companion and homemaker services include meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and general supervision. Every new client receives a one-time, face-to-face assessment so we can understand their preferences and daily needs. This helps us create a support plan that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence. From there, we match each client with a caregiver who fits their personality and routine. We’re here to provide dependable, compassionate support for seniors and families in our community.
We are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no long term commitments.
