Website privacy notice.
This notice explains the limited information the website is designed to collect and how a service inquiry should be handled.
Information you choose to provide
The fit-check first asks who needs support, the county or ZIP, and the broad kind of everyday help being considered. Nothing is sent merely by answering those questions. If you later choose “Save my contact and continue,” the website submits those fit details together with your name and phone number and/or email address so our team can follow up even if you do not finish the final step. The final step asks about general timing, whether hands-on help is involved, and an optional message.
Please do not submit diagnoses, medication lists, medical records, Social Security numbers, insurance identifiers, payment-card information, bank details, or other sensitive medical or financial information.
How inquiry information is used
Information submitted through either the contact-save step or the completed form is used to respond to the service inquiry, discuss fit, and maintain necessary records of that conversation. Choosing “Save my contact and continue” explicitly asks us to follow up; typing or moving through earlier questions alone does not submit anything. Neither action is consent to unrelated marketing.
Optional website measurement
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits, navigation, phone-link clicks, and form progression without your answers. PostHog provides click heatmaps and masked recordings of public pages so we can improve the website. Inquiry forms are excluded from recordings and heatmaps. Names, contact details, messages, ZIP codes, service selections, and hands-on-need answers are excluded from measurement.
Neither provider loads until you choose “Allow analytics.” You may decline or change your choice using “Analytics choices” in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops new collection and reloads the page; it does not erase information already received by a provider. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track also prevent collection. Some pages and visits are excluded, so reports do not describe every visitor.
Google Analytics may use browser identifiers after consent; advertising personalization is disabled, and user and event retention are set to two months. PostHog recordings are retained for 30 days on the free plan, and event metadata may be retained for one year. We do not identify you by name in these tools. Providers still process connection information, including the IP address needed to receive a request. Read Google’s privacy policy and PostHog’s privacy policy for their practices.
Sharing and service providers
Website hosting, email, form delivery, security, and analytics providers may process limited information to operate the site. We do not sell website inquiry information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.
Security and retention
No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Inquiry access is limited to people who need it for service operations, and records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for legitimate business and legal purposes.
